If you are working towards getting six pack abs, let me tell you that nothing could work to your advantage better than taking steps to lose the stubborn belly fat. Yes, I know that the fat on the belly is the toughest to budge, but believe me unless you make concentrated efforts to get rid of it, the horrid layer of flab would never let your carved out six pack abs to show. Let us take a look at how that belly fat can be got rid of then (because that would ultimately lead to those chiseled abs).
When someone who’s never lifted weights before, or hasn’t lifted weights in a long time, starts a resistance training program, they almost always see very rapid gains in strength without much of a corresponding gain in muscular size. This is because the body very quickly becomes more efficient at telling the muscle to contract.
This would benefit on two levels: first, adequate attention would be paid to fat loss while strengthening the midsection at the same time and second, you would have to spend lesser time on exercising overall.
The only way to induce muscle growth is to inflict damage on the muscle. This damage is cause micro-trauma. This micro-trauma is actually an injury, and the body’s response to this injury is to make the muscle better able to handle the stress the next time it occurs. It does this by increasing the size of the muscle.
The way you inflict micro-trauma is to increase the workload on the muscle. The best method for increasing this workload I can very from person to person, but it generally follows the method of working the muscle to the point of failure. Most people, trainers included, will tell you the best method for gaining size is to do 3 – 5 sets of 5 – 8 reps working with 70 – 85% of your one-rep max.
That doesn’t mean that this is the only way to gain size, but it seems to be the method that works best for the most amount of people. Once your beginner gains have faded, it’s up to use to use your familiarity with your body to figure out what works best for your personal size and strength goals. Good luck and get bigger!

It’s hard to say for sure how many Americans are infected by cryptosporidium per year. This is so because many are infected without consulting a doctor and because the cysts are so hard to detect in the laboratory. A small quantity of cysts in water can be hard to find in a laboratory. Yet a small number of cysts can infect the person who drinks them.
Scarlet fever is a tricky condition to diagnose because at first, it appears as strep throat would, with a fever and a sore throat. However, 1-2 days after the fever begins (usually 101 degrees or more) a reddish rash should begin to appear on the neck and chest, later spreading across the body and sometimes to the face as well.
The identifying feature of this rash is that it should be bumpy and ‘sandpaper-ish’ and at the start may simply look like a bad sunburn. Because it may be itchy, it’s important to use a soothing lotion with ingredients like chamomile or aloe vera to avoid skin damage. Other important signals are the characteristic ‘strawberry’ tongue, or a bright red tongue, abdominal pain, and swollen lymph nodes along the throat.
Your stomach has a lining of mucus that protects it from the damaging affects of acid. Your esophagus, which is the tube that stretches from the back of your throat to your stomach, does not have this same protection.
So, when acid comes in contact with it; ulcers and soars develop. As the time passes and this continues to happen these ulcers and soars of course multiply and enlarge in size, which leads to an increased level of pain each time you suffer a bout from this condition.
Upon beginning to take the course of antibiotics, the fever should begin to fade after a couple of days and the sore throat should subside quickly. The skin around the area affected by the rash will begin to peel off 3-4 days after the rash’s appearance and may continue peeling for 10 days, but the rash itself may not go away fully for up to 2-3 weeks. People infected will no longer be contagious 24 hours after they begin taking antibiotics, but until then, it is highly contagious. If you should develop new symptoms or there does not appear to be an affect after taking antibiotics for 24 hours, you should contact your doctor immediately because there may be a new infection that needs treatment.
